Is a goth, post-punk, and darkwave band from Dallas, Texas, built around the creative partnership of original members Jackie Legos and Cam B., and newest member on bass guitar David A.
Originally formed in 2002, SEVIT returned with a renewed vision in 2022, releasing the critically embraced album On the Edge of a Darker Place. The record established the band’s modern identity through haunting melodies, atmospheric electronics, post-punk tension, and driving gothic rhythms.
Now reunited and joined by bassist David Ainsworth, SEVIT has entered a powerful new chapter that reconnects the band with its original creative foundation while pushing its sound forward.
Known for intense and atmospheric live performances, SEVIT has shared the stage with internationally recognized artists including The Chameleons, Covenant, Vision Video, Twin Tribes, Urban Heat, She Past Away, Rosegarden Funeral Party and others.
With a loyal and growing audience, SEVIT creates music that balances nostalgia with modern production. The band draws from the spirit of early goth, post-punk, coldwave and dark electronic music without becoming trapped by the past.
